We are not theoretical consultants. We come from leadership backgrounds ourselves and know what it's like to bear responsibility, make difficult decisions, and guide teams through change. This experience informs every project we undertake. In our work, we highlight existing strengths and how they can be brought to light.
We shine the light into dark corners to reveal what is hidden: This can be strengths and qualities, shadow sides of a collective, conscious and unconscious dynamics, or hidden conflicts.
