WE STRENGTHEN THE SELF IN ORDER TO STRENGTHEN THE WE.

TOGETHER WE ARE SETTING LIGHTS FOR GROWTH, EFFECTIVENESS AND HUMANITY.

We are not theoretical consultants. We come from leadership backgrounds ourselves and know what it's like to bear responsibility, make difficult decisions, and guide teams through change. This experience informs every project we undertake. In our work, we highlight existing strengths and how they can be brought to light.

We shine the light into dark corners to bring to light what is hidden: This can be strengths and qualities, shadow sides of a collective, conscious and unconscious dynamics, or hidden conflicts.

 

We understand organizations as living systems that, just like individuals, possess their own identity, vitality, and purpose, which can be strengthened. We create spaces where leaders, teams, and organizations can engage in shared (re)alignment and development. To achieve this, authenticity, mindfulness, expertise, reflection, and clarity are essential, as well as, at crucial moments, the courage and determination to make it a reality.

  • Extensive experience in leadership and team coaching of over 50 teams in renowned companies

  • More than 2,000 hours as an external executive coach

  • Design of over 20 tailor-made formats for leadership development

MY FAVORITE PROJECT

The DB project "We Make Sense" brought our team together and guided over 1,500 executives toward greater inner clarity. Even many years later, we still receive messages from participants who have been touched by our work.

WHAT I BELIEVE

I believe that a strong "I" is necessary to live a strong "we." I believe in the power of self-efficacy and that an attitude of clarity and empathy is very effective.

World Food Programme in Ethiopia: The aim was to resolve conflicts between headquarters and field offices in order to resume the delivery of food parcels to the refugee camps.
